June 13, 2008. Columbia Faculty and Instructors: Consider enhancing your course with technology this summer. The Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning (CCNMTL) will host faculty development workshops on July 7 and 8 to help you learn how to use the free technologies that are available to you as an instructor. CCNMTL educational technologists will guide one or two-hour training sessions on popular tools such as CourseWorks, Wikispaces and an online social bookmarking tool called Del.ici.ous.
Workshops are designed for varying skill levels, from users who are just getting started to more advanced users who have used these technologies in the past. This set of workshops will be held in the CCNMTL Faculty Support Lab in 204 Butler Library. Read more and register for workshops at
