Biography: Drew Sullivan

Drew Sullivan co-founded and was first director of the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), a regional consortium of investigative journalism centers.  Before that, he reported for the Tennessean newspaper in Nashville, and for the Special Assignment Team of the Associated Press in New York. He has won the Daniel Pearl Award, the Online Journalism Award for Crime Reporting, the Global Shining Light Award for reporting under duress and others. Before becoming a journalist, he was an aerospace engineer working on the space shuttle for Rockwell International Space Systems.
