Michael Flowers served as New York City’s first chief analytics officer, leading a small team to analyze data from across city agencies to solve problems. From 2005-2006, Flowers served as deputy director of the US Justice Department’s Regime Crimes Liaison’s Office in Baghdad, which supported the investigation and trials of Saddam Hussein.
