Dr. Vincent Mascia attended the University of Virginia as an undergraduate, received a PhD in Dental Surgery from the Columbia School of Dental Medicine in New York and masters degrees from the University of Cambridge, and the University of Virginia. He worked at various times as an orthodontist in solo and group practices (including Reston Dental Arts), was a health care lobbyist and an adjunct professor at Columbia’s School of Dental Medicine.
