Peatland fires lead to major economic losses, widespread health problems, and risks to biodiversity. They also significantly contribute to carbon emissions. In this exercise, you will develop tools to forecast fire activity months in advance of the fire season. These early warning tools can help decision-makers manage fire risk and reduce the impact of peatland fires.
