Radian

Annotation category:
Chapter 1

Note:

A radian is a unit of angle. From the center of a circle, one radian intercepts an arc whose length is equal to the length of the radius of that circle.

The conversion factor between radians and degrees is then, (360 degrees) / (2π radians), or:

(1 radian) * (360 degrees)/(2π radians) = 57.296 degrees. CANCELLING UNITS TUTORIAL
