If an object that is in reality 10-14 m across is represented by an object that is 0.06m across, an object 10-4 m across will be scaled up to

0.06/10-14 = X / 10-4 where X is the scaled up diameter of the hair.

X = 6 x 108 m. Since there are 1000m/km, this means the hair would be

600,000km wide -- one and a half times the distance to the Moon.
