Troubleshooting

Making a page load faster

Downloading files and viewing pages mostly depends on your connection speed. You might want to try refreshing the Web page. Also, faster computers will be able to display and run applications quicker.

JavaScript error messages

First, make sure that you are using one of the required browsers for this site.

For PC: Firefox OR Internet Explorer 7 For Macintosh: Firefox OR Safari 2 or above. Second, make sure JavaScript is enabled.

With Internet Explorer, look in "Internet Options-Security" in the "Tools" menu and use the "Custom Level" option to enable active scripting.

With Firefox, look in "Preferences" in the "Edit" Menu and look under the "Content" tab to enable JavaScript.

With Safari, look in "Preferences" in the "Safari" Menu and look under the "Security" tab to enable JavaScript.

Broken link or site not found

Using Safari

The Safari browser is free and comes standard with computers loaded with Mac OS X.

Using Firefox

The Firefox browser is free. Download the latest version of Firefox and follow the simple download instructions.

Using Internet Explorer

The Internet Explorer browser is free. Download Internet Explorer 7.x (PC) and follow the simple download instructions. PC users, please be aware that if you have a previous version of Internet Explorer, it will be overwritten when you download a later version.
