Maria joined CCNMTL in January 2008. She is an educational technologist who supports faculty in the History Department, Art History and Archaeology Department, School of the Arts, School of Social Work, School of International and Public Affairs, and all of the language departments. Maria's portfolio of work includes Project Vietnam, a three year grant partnership with WGBH; Ground|Work, an environment and conflict resolution simulation; and diaBeaters, a social work intervention for children who have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and their families.

Prior to working at the Center, Maria was an outreach producer in the education department at New York's PBS station, Thirteen/WNET. Maria has a BA in English literature from Saint Peter's College, an MA in English literature from Rutgers University, and is currently pursuing an MA in anthropology at the Columbia Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
