Ryan Kelsey is the Director of Projects for CCNMTL, where he focuses on leading the Center's innovative project partnerships with faculty using its Design Research methodology. Ryan supervises a team made up of Educational Technologists, Senior Program Specialists, Designers, and a Grants Officer, and is also responsible for CCNMTL's new project process as well as the Center's participation in grants.

Prior to becoming Director, Ryan spent six years as the Associate Director for Education & Research for CCNMTL as well as an additional six years as Project Manager and Educational Technologist for CCNMTL, when he directed a wide assortment of projects, mostly focused in science and simulations, including the award-winning Brownfield Action environmental science simulation and Columbia College's Frontiers of Science core course.

Ryan is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the department of Mathematics, Science, and Technology in Education at Teachers College. He earned his Ed.D. and M.A. from Teachers College and his B.S. in biology from Santa Clara University.
