Khoi Nguyen Truong joins CCNMTL as an educational technologist focusing on the sciences. She began her career as a second language teacher of French and English at high schools in Hitachi, Japan and Montreal, Canada. Afterwards, she transitioned to training adults at diverse organizations such as Bombardier Aerospace, the United Nations Children’s Fund, and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Her responsibilities centered on the instructional design and delivery of training materials, the creation of training and communication plans, the management of eLearning courseware development, and the change management aspect of IT implementation projects.

Khoi Nguyen received her B.Ed. from McGill University and her M.A. in Educational Technology from Concordia University. She obtained additional Certificates in Graphic Design and Photography from the latter, and one in Global Affairs from New York University. She has held a Certified Associate in Project Management credential from the Project Management Institute since 2010.
