2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Presidential Room 1
This session will describe tools, techniques, and workflows made possible by new and emerging technologies to address problems encountered by real-world researchers. Case studies of research-related tasks will be used to frame a discussion of improvements to stages of the research lifecycle, including information-gathering, organization, sharing, and publication. The tools described may fundamentally change researchers' practices and will vary in technical difficulty. Researchers and those who support research in any discipline, with any skill level, are invited.
