Norfolk Prison Colony -BN

Originally opened in 1927 as the first 'community-based' prison in the United States. Norfolk is a medium security facility located just south of Boston. It is the largest facility of its type in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 80% of the inmate population is serving time for violent crime.
