City Editor, Henry Morton
Having never attended journalism school, Morton is a throwback to the
classic days of the newsroom. He spent 10 years covering the police beat
and some of his stories still define public affairs coverage at the Freeport
News. A prize-winning journalist, he strongly believes one of the key
beats is the police beat.
