1. All people who have HIV look sick.

You are correct! Not all people with HIV look sick.

Actually, not all people with HIV look sick.

People with HIV may have no symptoms for many years but can still pass the virus to others. People who have the virus but do not know it may not be practicing safe sex.

For example, when Magic Johnson played with the U.S. Olympic Dream Team in 1992, he had already been diagnosed with HIV.
