Elliot Marcus

Elliott S. Marcus was Assistant Commissioner of the Bureau of Food Safety and Community Sanitation. He joined the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as its Employee Assistance Program Director in 1988. He had also worked as an analyst and consultant at the Columbia University School of Social Works Center for Social Policy and Practice in the Workplace.
