May 2003. Education Update Online featured an article about the introduction of Brownfield Action to a group of eight other colleges and universities who are considering adopting the curriculum. Peter Bower led a two-day workshop for faculty from Skidmore, Wellesley, Connecticut College, Trinity University, Spelman, Carleton, Lafayette, and Rhodes Colleges for an intensive two-day seminar funded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation's Center for Educational Technologies.
