Vice President of Grupo Clarín and Secretary of the Noble Foundation, José Antonio Aranda graduated with a degree in economics from the University of La Plata and joined Clarín as finance manager. Aranda, along with CEO Héctor Magnetto and Director Lucio Rafael Pagliaro, was appointed in the early 1970s to form Grupo Clarín’s executive committee, which oversaw the company’s finances for Publisher Ernestina Herrera de Noble.
