Biography: William B.Eimicke

William B. Eimicke was a professor of professional practice in international and public affairs and founding director of the Picker Center for Executive Education of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. From 2007 to 2010, Eimicke was the deputy fire commissioner for strategic planning and policy in New York City, where he helped develop the New York City Fire Departments risk-based inspection system.
