I. Pressure-Volume Loop Basics

A. Identify Events on the P-V Loop

In this exercise you will be identifying areas of the pressure-volume loop that correspond to events in the Cardiac Cycle. The simulator will display a normal pressure-volume loop; click on the appropriate part of the graph as described in the Instructions box.

Filling Pressure Threshold for Elastance/MAP effect is off. Was set to 50.0
