Learning Strategies and Activities
The Professional Life-Long Learning Plan (PL3P) will include:
- Learning objectives of trainee (already entered in the system)
- The educational activities by which these objectives will be mastered
- Evaluation and/or documentation activities (evidence you kept)
To aid the development of your own PL3P you can refer to the table below. It contains suggested educational activities and evaluation methods for each type of learning objective. The table illustrates the way learning objectives, educational activities and evaluation/documentation methods are related and organized according to the three major domains.
To use the table select a type of learning objective you include in your PL3P, look for the educational activity that would facilitate obtaining the objective, and then look at the evaluation evaluation/documentation methods suggested for these. Select those that are feasible for you.
