Bediako Buahene

Bediako Buahene, a Canadian, practiced as an immigration lawyer in Canada for 11 years. He then joined the UH High Commission of Refugees (UNHCR) as a consultant and for two years conducted training for the Kenyan police on human rights and refugee law. In February 2008, he joined OCHA-Somalia as a member of the protection unit, which insured the legal rights of refugees and others under UN care.
