Lynsey Addario is an American photojournalist who specialized in covering conflict zones, womens lives, and humanitarian issues. From 2000, she contributed regularly to the New York Times, the New York Times Magazine, National Geographic, and Time magazine. She received numerous awards, including the Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting in 2009 and a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship later that same year.
