Nancy Kincaid

Nancy Kincaid joined the Receivers Office in October 2010. She had worked in broadcast media, public relations and marketing for nearly 25 years. She began working for the state of California in 1992, and moved among several state agencies. Kincaid won numerous awards for her work, both in marketing and public relations. She also taught marketing in the College of Business, CSU, Sacramento.
